Scheduled Maintenance
[DC5-A] RPN switch maintenance on racks D1 / D2

Following a bug identified on a specific switch, we are scheduling a maintenance on it on October 4th.
This switch is in charge of the RPN network on 2 different racks : D1 and D2.

Impacted racks : RPN network on D1 / D2 in DC5-A
Start time : Between 04/10/18 0700Z (0900LT) and 0730Z (0930LT)
Expected downtime : 20 minutes

We will update this status when the maintenance starts.

[DC3] CRAC Units proactive maintenance

We will carry out the semi-annual preventive maintenance of CRAC units from September 3rd to October 4th, 2018. CRAC units will be shut down one at a time, so as not to impact the cooling of halls. Each IT zone has CRAC unit called «backup»: each CRAC unit is doubled. Each MVLB hall has a main air hanling unit (AHU).

The maintenance will be done according to the following schedule:

  • MLVBsand operators halls: 03 to 07/09
  • IT halls n°4 : 10 to 14/09
  • IT halls n°3 : 17 to 21/09
  • IT halls n°2 : 24 to 28/09
  • IT halls n°1: 01 to 04/10

Impacts on services : Loss of cooling redundancy during the preventive maintenance operation of aCRAC unit (max 1h). No impact on the cooling of facilities. The maximum cut-off time per CRAC unit is otherwise defined at 1 hour

[DC5-A] Low voltage maintenance TGBT1

We are scheduling an electrical maintenance on TGBT1. It should not have any impact on availability, but some power redundancy will be down.

Maintenance will start on October 11th 2018, at 11:00PM UTC, and last around 7 hours (until October 12th, at 6:00AM UTC).

Mail Slow webmail access on some platforms

Our teams noticed an issue regarding webmail access on https://webmail.online.net/ for some customers. Issue seems to impact a specific email platform, loading is very slow making it near unusable right now.

Our Shared Hosting team is investigating the issue, we will keep you updated through this status.

DC3 DHCP issue on DC2/DC3/DC5

Evening,

There is a DHCP issue affecting our services, servers may not obtain ipv4 leases. Any server rebooted or installed won't be able to reconnect as long as the issue persists. Our teams are working on a solution.

AMS1 Network [NETWORK] AMS <=> PAR connection slowdown

Afternoon,

During a maintenance operation by our provider SIPARTECH, some links between our AMS and PARIS datacenters were offlined for 5-10 minutes between 2pmZ and 2:10pmZ. The issue has been resolved, we apologise for the inconvenience.
