[RPN] Scheduled maintenance on 3 RPN switches

We are scheduling a software upgrade on 3 switches managing RPN access on the following racks :
DC5-A, room 120, block B5
DC5-A, room 120, block D5
DC5-A, room 120, block G7

During the maintenance, RPN services won't be reachable from your server.
We are expecting a 15 minutes downtime at most.

Maintenances. -Control VESDA system, -Control manual triggers, -Control sound alarms and seeing alarms, -Control Actuated Devices of Safety, -Control alarm reports, -ContrĂ´l valves fire suppression. (outside datarooms)

Impacts on services: This intervention does not present any particular risk of service interruption and will be processed on worked hours.

[RPN] RPN H6 AMS not reachable

We are currently facing an issue on our RPN service in room H6. This service is not reachable for the moment, we are working on a fix.

PAR1 Compute API [C2 PARIS] Some C2 servers have ssh connection issues

Some of our C2 servers from Paris are facing some ssh connection issues. The issue is being worked by the Compute and Network teams.

Following a network filtering configuration issue on BareMetal range, NBD connection was cut short, causing the whole server to be unreachable. Issue has now been fully fixed but it will still be required to hard-reboot your node to recover NBD connection and access your system. Should you still have issues reaching your server, please contact our support team directly.

[DEDIBOX] Installations Debian / CentOS / Proxmox not functional

We detected an issue with installations of following systems: Debian 9 / Proxmox 5 / Centos 6 and 7.

Issue has been fixed earlier this morning, install processes should now complete correctly.

We are still investigating in order to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime installations through KVM still work.
