Databases[ODS] Maintenance - reboot one database server
In order to improve stability on our ODS solution, we plan to reboot one ODS database server urgently, it will impact few costumers generating a 10-15 minutes outage

DC2[DC2] - Room 203a Rack N12 Block 1 and 2 down
We are facing a network issue in DC2 Rack N12 Block 1 and 2
The servers are currently not answering. We are working on fixing this as soon as possible.

AMS1 Network[AMS1] - RPN not reachable from other datacenters
The RPN network on Amsterdam (AMS1) is currently isolated. It is not reachable from other datacenters
This issue concerns only servers in Hall 2 (AMS1)
We are working at the moment on bringing back up the links

A workaround has been deployed bringing back the RPN access to Hall 2 (AMS1). We are now monitoring the situation.

We are encountering an issue regarding forwarding packets on RPN switches, room 404 .

DC2 NetworkPartial network unavailability
Our teams identified a partial network outage in Dedirack and b2b rooms.
Following an human error regarding another maintenance's planification, trafic has been null-routed for a few minutes.
Actions have been taken to improve our process in order to avoid such issue.

We are observing multiple issues on our web hosting platform which may affect the accessibility of your website.
You may encounter 500 errors or blank pages.
Our teams are aware of the issue and are working on its resolution.

We had an issue with our infrastructure at certain time of the night (LT). We fixed it and will deliver a solution so it won't happen again. 500 errors are now fixed.
