FS#1011 - [DC3][S46][S11] Upgrade RPN Uplink

We are upgrading the RPN uplink in DC3 - room 4-6 (ex 1-1) - corridors A,B,C.

Connectivity will not be interrupted but bandwidth may be temporary reduced as we shutdown redundant link to upgrade them.

After the upgrade the total bandwidth will be multiplied by 4.

The router had to be rebooted due to a configuration issue, connectivity has been cut for a few minutes.

we had reports of problems following the upgrade (random traffic loss but no errors found anywhere),

we have removed one of the two redundant uplinks to try to solve the issues
we are checking everything is working on the backup link now

we are trying to reactive primary link after resetting the configuration of these ports, we suspect a hardware misconfiguration (synchronisation between soft and hard configuration) following the migration of speeds in the port-channel (which could rate-limit a port-channel while the underlying speed of the physical port was higher)

We still have some trouble on this upgrade.
Some packets are loss causing the disruption of the RPN on S46.

There is the planning :
Change SFP -> DONE - NOK
Clean the optic -> DONE - NOK
Change the optical jumpers -> DOING
Still NOK ? : Change the optical cable

More tests will be done on Thursday (January 2nd), some disruptions may occur.
Hopefully this should solve the issue.

After many trouble, we have succeeded to upgrade the link. Please apologize for the inconvenience.

Now the uplink have a biggest capacity and the link have redundancy.
