We have detected a login issue on DC3 Dedibackups. This leads to a 530 Bad Login error.
We are currently investigating this issue.

Our team tried recovering services but hardware is completely down and data are not recoverable.
We have decided to migrate all affected customers to new Dedibackup spaces, but data have been lost in the process.
We will close this status once all customers are correctly migrated.

The product team has identified the root cause and working on a fix
