On tuesday the 4th of December we will upgrade the second RPN router. All the traffic will go throught the first router which may lead into small packet loss. We will monitor this

Maintenance went smoothly and services were stable again around 3am LT, as planned.

Console [SCALEWAY] - Support ticket unavailability

We are currently facing an issue when opening a support ticket with "TRULY CRITICAL" button on Scaleway. We are working on fixing this.

We have now fixed it. The ticket interface is now working correctly

Global Backbone Services unreachable from some distant networks

Our team received multiple reports regarding network issues, as some customers are not able to reach our services anymore since around 2330Z (0030LT).
We are currently investigating the issue and will update this status as soon as we have more information.

Issue has been fixed during the night.
One of our traffic provider did a maintenance on their end, impacting some routes toward our services.
We are currently working with our provider to avoid such impact in the future.

Console ESXi installations blocked on [CONFIG] state

Our team noticed installation issues with ESXi versions available through the Online console.
Installation gets stuck on "System configuration" step and does not go further.

We are actively investigating the issue, and will update this status as soon as we have more details.

UPDATE: the script is now operational

Global Backbone AMS<>PAR saturation

A supplier incident is causing saturation between our AMS and PAR datacenters. Contact has been established, our teams are working on resolving connectivity as soon as possible.

DC3 Network [DC3-RPN] Room 4-4 redudency lost on the RPN

We have identified a forwarding issue on n9k-s44-2.rpn.dc3, which causes sporadic packets loss on RPN when going through this equipment. we will start in 10 minutes upgrade and reload to try to fix the issue after its isolation

Web [Cloud hosting] Unavailability on cloud web hosting

We are currently facing issue on our cloud web hosting plateform. Some instances are not reachable, our concerned team is working on the issue.

ODS - Connectivity issue

We are currently facing connectivity issue with our ODS feature. Customers are not able to reach their Databases. Our concerned team is working on the issue.

AMS1 Network [NETWORK] - One link down towards AMS

We have detected errors on one of our links towards Amsterdam datacenter. It has been isolated. We are checking with our provider.

UPDATE: a second link has been isolated for the same reason. UPDATE2: Both links are now back in productions after our verifications

Console [SCALEWAY] - Support ticket unavailability

We are currently facing an issue when opening a support ticket on Scaleway. We are working on fixing this.

Global Backbone [NETWORK] - BGP incident on 212.129.0.0/18

We had an incident where a Russian provider disaggregated our prefix 212.129.0.0/18 into 2 /19 for a few minutes leading to new routes and probably some saturation/loss.

The situation is now back to normal.
