In order to improve stability on our ODS solution, we plan to reboot one ODS database server urgently, it will impact few costumers generating a 10-15 minutes outage

We are facing a network issue in DC2 Rack N12 Block 1 and 2
The servers are currently not answering. We are working on fixing this as soon as possible.

Our provider has been contacted this morning, we are waiting for their intervention to bring the links up again
A workaround has been deployed bringing back the RPN access to Hall 2 (AMS1). We are now monitoring the situation.
We are encountering an issue regarding forwarding packets on RPN switches, room 404 .
We are doing our best to fix it as soon as possible.

Our teams identified a partial network outage in Dedirack and b2b rooms.
Following an human error regarding another maintenance's planification, trafic has been null-routed for a few minutes.
Actions have been taken to improve our process in order to avoid such issue.
